Sadayagronomy Digi Foundation intends to bring together ever-stronger academic communities
committed to offering solutions to the central and varieties of challenges posed by the agriculture
sector in India and in its subregional territories, by fostering knowledge and understanding, using AI
and Machine Learning technologies intensively, training, and upskilling on a continuous basis. The
idea is to better safeguard our agricultural ecosystems, and sustainably manage the environment while
achieving food security and inclusive growth. Together, we want to set the course for a sustainable
world both today and in the future, in line with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
In the process, the endeavour aims to enhance farmers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes on farming
management processes and finally develop a community adaptive to climate and tech-smart farmers.
The company’s skill development vertical will teach farmer entrepreneurs to streamline and interpret
climate variability, adopt cost-effective strategies of farming, and make efficient use of finance and
economic information for precise forecasting, and strategic market engagements.
Food security and farmers’ profitability-related concerns evolved among the government's top priorities in recent decades. Undeniably, climate change, erratic weather, and agriculture yield-related stress have been among the root causes. Added to this, as per the latest agriculture statistics, farmers in India in almost all major subregional territories, operate on fragmented (small) lands, and the percentage distribution of agricultural households owning less than two hectares of land is 89.4%. This deprives them of reaping the benefits of economies of scale, despite their understanding, honest effort, will, and government’s active support. Simultaneously, macroeconomic indicators such as food price inflation have fundamentals intertwined with agri-production, crop allocation, transport, reallocation, and distribution-related efficacies. If the marketing channels are not efficiently established, food sustainability issues might prevail with excess production in some places and shortages in some other areas. Simultaneously, farmers’ profitability and sustainability issues are at the heart of the government’s sustainable farming policy frameworks to uplift the farming community’s income and livelihood.
Therefore, challenges at the grassroot level that are to be handled by the government, private sectors, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organization), or PPP projects in farming need well-crafted mechanism designs that relate to:
We recognize the unique security needs of every organization, as size, operations, and
challenges vary significantly. Given the constant evolving threat landscape, robust
preventive measures are essential to safeguard both IT and physical assets.
Collaboratively, we'll analyze your security requirements and design an optimal solution
that meets your specific objectives and budget constraints. Our comprehensive security
measures protect your endpoints, communication systems, gateways, mail servers, and
physical premises, ensuring a secure and reliable work environment."
To imbibe financial awareness in the digital era, facilitate access to the diverse financial products available, subsidies extended by both the state and central government, through an array of schemes, facilities designed by banks and financial institutions, fintech firms, and various rural development agencies for farmers, FPOs, agro-start ups, and agro-entrepreneurs. Agricultural finance remained big challenge for agri-entrepreneurs with small holdings as only assets. Among other primary targets, the institute intends to design and provide hands-on training on learning customized financial modules so that eventually it helps agri-entrepreneurs enhance their credit-worthiness, building a win-win scenario for both the financial institutions extending loans or designing smart contracts for agri-financing and the start-ups in agriculture.
Overall, the company aims to nurture ideas on all services tying agricultural production, sales, and marketing activities to strengthen the circular agro-economy. The company believes in intense reciprocal linkages among agro-stakeholders.
Regular agricultural scientific training by technical experts to maintain and uplift yield, and know-hows. This training involves adequate knowledge creation on the AI driven techniques for productivity measurement, and continuous assessment of agri-land, the productivity enhancement techniques working in collaboration with AI-bound algorithms, automated tools and machines. This hands-on training will create a pool of skilled personnel who will eventually train the new joiners, and build the solid foundation for an eco-system led by technically sound and knowledgeable cluster of agri-entrepreneurs.
Identifying, building, and strengthening sustainable backward and forward linkages in the agriculture sector in the local and global markets. This involves regular training on digital access to markets for both marketing and procurement purposes, for establishing a seamless supply-chain in agricultural production.
Bridging and smoothening agro-industrial transformation; this includes facilitating agro- processing units to grow and contribute profoundly to the mission of food sustainability. The company aims to leverage agricultural and industrial byproducts through approaches that combine biotechnologies, green chemistry, and process engineering in an approach rooted in the circular economy. In addition, the agritech company will contribute to encourage energy efficient processes— manufacturing that limits water and energy consumption, makes use of byproducts, and reduces industrial waste. The impact of using these products is also taken into account (eco-design).
